We specialise in creating bespoke sites for charities and small businesses.Initially, we would meet or speak on the phone to discuss your needs - from what message you want the website to give, through to any special features. If you have an existing brand image or in-house look and feel - such as that used for your stationery - we can take that as a basis for the colour scheme and style if you wish (please send us any stationery you do have, such as brochures and headed paper). And if you have any definite ideas for how things should look - be it a rough guide on paper, or examples of websites you like - please tell us. This will all help us to understand your preferences when designing a website template.
After our discussions we will draw up a detailed quote, with a realistic timescale for completion. When you accept, we will create one or two templates which we feel suit your needs. Ideally you would love the template there and then, but realistically you are likely to like some aspects of the template and dislike others. That's to be expected, and once we have your input we will then hone the template until we have the site you want. So please don't feel disappointed if you don't instantly bond with the first template that is put in front of you - we are expecting changes to be made - it's an organic process. Only with your honest feedback can we develop your perfect site!
Once the template is approved, it's down to you to provide the content. If you need any advice with copy writing, I can assist. I will also proofread your content as I embed it into the site, to be sure your site is polished and professional.
The site is fully tested on a test server before it is put live, so you have approval at all stages. Once it's live, we will submit it to Google.
Things don't end there; we offer a full range of services to cater for regular updates, and technical support.
