A website is only effective if it's kept up to date. We make it easy for you to maintain your site, with innovative schemes to suit everyone - from those who update their whole site once a year to those who need minor text changes every day.If you subscribe to one of the schemes, you also have the benefit of a guaranteed timescale, so your updates will be published in a timely manner.

1. Pro Rata
This scheme is suited for the bigger tasks such as redesign or overhaul, as it is billed by the job at our standard hourly rate. If you have a lot of work to do all at the same time, this is the scheme for you.2. Top-Up Scheme
Our most popular scheme! With the top-up system, you buy a "block" of work in advance (usually ten hours). Of course there is a discount for buying in bulk. This scheme is ideally suited to customers who need frequent, minor, changes. Just send us the content and we will update your site within two working days. The time spent is counted per quarter hour, and we notify you of how many hours are left on your account at the end of each task. When the time runs out you simply buy more. It's a very efficient way to update your site, without the hassle of invoicing for every item, nor the expense of a minimum charge.3. Subscription Scheme
If you know you will need updates on a regular basis, such as publishing a monthly newsletter on your site, this scheme is for you. We assess out how much work you are likely to need, and you pay for those hours on a monthly basis. Again, you receive a discount with this scheme, and we guarantee to update your site within two working days of receiving the new content. If extra hours are needed, they are charged on a pro rata basis.
