London Hyperbaric and Wound Healing Centres Ltd. is pleased to announce that we will be participating in the following Multi-Centre Research Trail in conjunction with the Royal Marsden Hospital and the Institute of Cancer Research.

A randomised double-blind controlled phase III trial of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients suffering long-term effects of radiotherapy for pelvic cancer. The recruitment has started in March 2009 and the first patients have been randomized in August 2009.

We are also participating in the HOPON trial (hyperbaric oxygen for the prevention of osteoradionecrosis) a randomised controlled trial of Hyperbaric Oxygen to prevent Osteoradionecrosis of the Irradiated Madible.
